Pre-Conflict Tactics

The 2007 Kenpo in WA syllabus upgrade sees the introduction of the “Pre-Conflict Barricade”.  This is a progressive set of tactics learned at each belt level.  Pre-conflict tactics are designed to create a physical and/or psychological barrier with the intention of avoiding a conflict.  The various types of barricade are also designed to create an advantage if an attack is inevitable.
